It is an extremely soft top that has an invisible bra underneath that has pads that you can remove.
It has removable straps, so the shoulders can be exposed. Like that you can wear it for special occasions. This will not bother you in any way, because it has silicone inside to prevent it from falling down.

You can wear the top for all sports activities, from running, rollerblading, cycling, dancing, to fitness training, or you can wear it with another fine piece of clothing for a "prettier" look.
