Payments

Swy brand accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard

  • Google Play
  • Cash on delivery (only certain countries)

The purchase reimbursement will be returned within 14 working days from the day the request or cancellation of the order is being processed.

Delivery

You can expect your package within 2-5 business days, and in case of a larger volume of orders, your package will be delivered within 10 business days.

After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a fulfilment confirmation email with the tracking number.

Returns

To return the received goods, you need to log in to your account using the same email you provided to submit your order. We will provide you with a 6-digit code by email for secure login.

Once logged in, you can ask for a return or refund.

Sadly product exchange is not possible. However, within 14 days, you can return any items you are unsatisfied with and you will be refunded for the returned items.

The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

You have the option to ship the item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Alternatively, if you prefer a hassle-free return, you can contact our customer service info@swybrand.com to arrange a pickup of the item(s) for a flat fee of €4.99.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, we're happy to facilitate this.

The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Meanwhile the shipping costs for sending the new product to you are the responsibility of Swy brand d.o.o.  For any further assistance, please contact us at  info@swybrand.com. 

Gift cards

We have a special section for gift cards on our website.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and should be compatible with other discount codes. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at info@swybrand.com.

On request, we can also send the discount coupon by post
